* regenerative farming practices + food systems
* community coherence + collective regulation
* how to stay anchored in integrity while building something unconventional

A short email, voice note, or video.
Nothing filtered. Nothing performed. Just real-time reflection from the day.
Some days I’ll share what I built.
Some days what felt confusing or hard.
Some days what an animal taught me.
Some days what I’m still trying to understand.
We will come together LIVE on Zoom two times as a group to drop in to what we are learning, as well as what we are creating!
